Five Oaks

Five Oaks Site Plan

Five Oaks is a new mixed community by Caivan in Oakville, Ontario, with singles and townhomes. The site plan has not been released. The project is still unpublished, so the drawings that show where each home sits are not public yet.

That does not mean you have to wait quietly. The site plan is usually one of the first documents shared with registered buyers, and it often lands before pricing. This page explains what you will be looking at when it arrives, and why it matters more than most people expect.

What a Site Plan Actually Shows You

A site plan is the bird's eye drawing of the whole community. It maps the land, the streets, and every home on it. Once you learn to read one, you can picture your street before a single foundation is poured.

  • Home positions: each single and townhome block drawn in place, with lot lines.
  • Green space: parks, walkways, buffers and any land left open between homes.
  • Parking and driveways: garage placement, driveway width, and where visitors park.
  • Access points: the roads in and out, and how traffic moves through the site.

Why Buyers Ask For It First

Two homes with the same floor plan can feel very different depending on where they sit. The site plan is how you spot that difference early, while good lots are still available.

  • Lot choice: corner, interior, and end units all live differently day to day.
  • What is behind you: a park, a walkway, or another home's back yard.
  • Traffic and noise: knowing which lots face the busier entry road.
  • Sun and light: which way the back yard faces through the afternoon.

Release Status for Five Oaks

Caivan has not released the Five Oaks site plan. Storey counts, unit counts and occupancy details are also still to come, and pricing has not been released.

  • Current status: unpublished, with details expected to follow.
  • What is known: singles and townhomes in Oakville, built by Caivan.
  • Occupancy: coming soon, with no date announced.
  • Nothing invented here: lot counts and phasing will come from the builder.

How To Get The Site Plan

The one useful step right now is to register. Site plans usually go out to the registered list first, ahead of any public release, and that head start is what gives you a real choice of lot.

  • Register once: your name goes on the list for Five Oaks updates.
  • What you get: the site plan as soon as it is available.
  • Also included: pricing and floor plans when Caivan releases them.
  • No cost: registering does not commit you to buying anything.

Can I pick my lot before the site plan comes out?
